About Us

Wellness isn’t a quick fix—it’s a lifelong relationship with your body. My own journey inspired me to train as a Yoga Teacher (200-hour YTT) and Ayurveda Coach, and for the past 3 years, I’ve been helping people rediscover that connection. Whether you’re seeking better mobility, hormonal balance, or simply a calmer mind, I offer practical tools rooted in tradition.

I began with what I knew: yoga sessions online, simple changes to her meals and routines through the Ayurvedic lens. What I witnessed wasn’t just physical improvement — she began reclaiming her space, her energy, her joy.

That’s when I knew — Yama wasn’t just about teaching Ayurveda. It had become a quiet rescue mission for the ones who rarely ask for help but truly need it. This is their time to finally take a back seat, to be cared for, to feel good in their own bodies — not just endure.

When I began Yama, the idea was simple: to share the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. But along the way, something shifted — and that shift was deeply personal.

It started with my mom.
She wasn’t diagnosed with anything serious, but there were small discomforts — the kind we’re told to brush off. Aches, disturbed sleep, inflammation, hot flashes. Nothing “urgent,” yet enough to disrupt peace and ease in daily life. Signs that could not be — and should not be — ignored.

As I dove deeper into Ayurveda, I started understanding the body’s subtle language — how it speaks to us long before any medical test does. I wanted to help her, even from miles away.

Yama now focuses on serving parents — especially moms — who have spent decades nurturing others. Those who’ve been through it all: puberty, menstruation, mood swings, pregnancy, childbirth, postnatal changes, and now menopause and beyond.

And yet, they often lack the education, empathy, or guidance to take care of themselves. They’re hesitant to join gyms or groups, unsure where to start, and overwhelmed by the digital noise.

With Yama, I now work alongside a team of experienced Ayurvedic professionals from India — my mentors, and now my collaborators — to bring holistic care straight to your home.

Whether you’re a mother, a father, a son or a daughter, this is for you. It’s time to listen to your body’s subtle language — not to suppress it, and not to ignore it.
