Wellness isn’t a quick fix—it’s a lifelong relationship with your body. My own journey inspired me to train as a Yoga Teacher (200-hour YTT) and Ayurveda Coach, and for the past 3 years, I’ve been helping people rediscover that connection. Whether you’re seeking better mobility, hormonal balance, or simply a calmer mind, I offer practical tools rooted in tradition.

When I began Yama, the idea was simple: to share the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. But along the way, something shifted—shaped by my own challenges of keeping up with the pace of life while living abroad alone, working full time, nurturing a part-time passion, and trying to maintain my health through it all.
